Cancellation Policy

Vendor Agreement Teen-Led Mental Health Conference Hosted by: Uplift Teens Today Event Date: 21st March 2026 Event Location: Aura Event Center - Renton, WA, 3100 E Valley Rd, Renton, WA This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the signed contact and the organization. 1. Purpose of the Event This is a youth-centered, teen-led mental health conference focused on education, stigma reduction, prevention, and community connection. All vendor participation must align with the event’s mission, values, and youth-safety standards. 2. Vendor Eligibility & Scope Vendors may offer: Educational resources Mental health–supportive tools or materials Community services aligned with youth well-being The following are not permitted: Sales targeting minors Collection of youth personal data Promotion of harmful, misleading, or unverified mental health claims Political, lobbying, or advocacy activities Religious proselytizing Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or cannabis products 3. No Sales or Lead Capture to Minors Vendors may not sell directly to minors or collect personal information (emails, phone numbers, sign-ups) from youth attendees. If vendors offer services for adults (parents, educators), this must be: Clearly labeled Optional Non-coercive Compliant with youth-protection standards 4. Booth Space & Setup Vendor space includes: Table , Chairs Setup time: from 8:30 AM Breakdown time: by 5 PM Vendors must remain staffed during event hours Displays must remain within assigned space, which will be provided on the day. Organizer reserves the right to adjust booth placement. 5. Branding & Materials All displayed materials must be: Age-appropriate Trauma-informed Inclusive and non-stigmatizing Free of sales pressure Organizer reserves the right to request removal of any materials that do not align with event values. 6. Fees & Payment Fees are non-refundable unless event is canceled by Organizer 7. Intellectual Property Vendors retain ownership of their logos and materials. By participating, vendors grant Organizer permission to use the vendor’s name and logo for event-related promotion and acknowledgments. 8. Liability & Insurance Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible
